Its no more a news that PayPal is so strict to Nigerians. Now that they've allowed us to only send money to foreign countries only but restricted us from receiving funds. I pray they allow us receive funds in the coming years. The latest gist now is that, PayPal has restricted Blackberry and windows OS users from accessing their mobile app. This is really a sad news though. According to
